JACOB TIERNEY - Lennie Lake

Jacob Tierney has built a résumé of solid, dramatic credits. He most recently played key roles in THE LIFE BEFORE THIS and THIS IS MY FATHER. He is also the recipient of a Palme D'Or. Jacob has worked steadily since age 9 in motion pictures and television, in a mix of dramas and science fiction. These credits include William Shatner's TEKWAR: TEK JUSTIVE, JOSH AND S.A.M., DRACULA: THE SERIES, YOU CAN THANK ME LATER and PIN.

Like many of the veteran actors he worked with, POOR WHITE TRASH marks a fresh opportunity to play a comic role involved in the most outrageous situations.

"Lennie is a bored kid from a small town, but he's a good guy with simple ambitions and simple tastes," Tierney observes. "He can be an idiot, but he is in ways that make him lovable because he is so naive and yet unstoppably supportive of his friend's bigger dreams. For me, working with the veteran actors was great, but what is new for me is working with actors my own age like Jason, Jaime and Tony."
