TIM
KAZURINSKY - Carlton Rasmuth
Tim
Kazurinsky, a Chicago-based actor and screenwriter,
is best known for his work in the POLICE ACADEMY film
series as well as his seasons on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE
and SECOND CITY. Tim first worked with POOR WHITE TRASH
producers Mark Roberts and Lorena David on PLUMP FICTION
as "Priscilla, Queen of the Desserts." He says PLUMP
was one of the most enjoyable films he has ever been
involved in.
Other acting credits include NEIGHBORS, MY BODYGUARD,
THE CHEROKEE KID, ABOUT LAST NIGHT and CONTINENTAL DIVIDE,
but he has spent much of the last 20+ years as a successful
screenwriter (including FOR KEEPS, THE CHEROKEE KID
and ABOUT LAST NIGHT).
"Every
so often, I am passed a special script that is so well
written that I will put on my acting hat and leave Chicago...this
film is one of them. My history with the producers reinforced
my choice to do this." Kazurinsky affirms. "Additionally,
I was seduced by Southern Illinois' charm."
